Welcome to the Waste Connections First Quarter 2020 Earnings Conference Call. [Operator instructions] As a reminder, this conference is being recorded, Thursday, May 7, 2020.

I would now like to turn the conference over to Worthing Jackman, president and CEO. Please go ahead.

Okay. Thank you, Operator, and good morning. I would like to welcome everyone to this conference call to discuss our first quarter results and provide an update on the current operating environment. We certainly hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during this unprecedented time.

I'll begin the call with an update on our response to COVID-19 and its impact on our business, focusing specifically on our efforts to take care of the health and welfare of our employees and communities. Mary Anne Whitney, our CFO, will briefly review our Q1 results and strong financial position, I will then wrap up with the few trends we are currently seeing in our business and potential implications for the full-year before heading into Q&A.
