They just discontinued P3 of Pracinostat for AML. investor.meipharma.com/...How did Pracinostat received breakthrough therapy designation to begin with then ? what is the basis FDA decides it ? If following is the process, didn't they have the data and how come that goes from 'breakthrough' to 'not effective at all' ?www.fda.gov/...Is this common ? Any biotech experts have any views ? Thanks in advance for sharing!

Everything about the company seems promising. The most recent price target put forth by an analyst was $16 by SunTrust analyst Robyn Karnauskas. I already owned some in the $2.5 range but bought more today
