Am surprised that investors haven’t caught on to the link between Fruchtman’s comments and the LA Times article about COVID-19.

I picked up some shares on a recommendation from a friend in the know. Evidently Vanguard is invested in $ONTX as well. Although I know nothing for sure I figured I'd buy the rumor and hope they do good thing..
