Sen. Lee (GOP-Utah) seemed awfully concerned that the FBI might be using some kind of tracking of people who attended the Jan 6 rally peacefully or not. He said we have to be careful not to violate their rights. I know that Senators on the left are concerned about the same thing possibly happening to those involved with BLM or other groups working for causes they support. Can we all agree that those enabling perpetrators of violence or engaging in same need to be tracked and arrested and that and that those not so engaged should be left alone? This should not be an issue raised for political points.

The US Supreme Court has to decide whether they will allow voting rights to be violated or taken away from people. Lets see where these judges just appointed by DJTrump will stand on this very American strong democratic values. We will see if this US Supreme will support voting by everyone regardless of your race or color or find some obscure legal argument to extend the voting rights eradication to people of color. Blood will surely start boiling if these judges are reactionary. Time will tell how corrupt these judges will be and support what Trumpism has been pushing for years and like he tried to squash the 2020 election vote results.

@techy46 Their actions will speak louder than words, we will wait and see what they say on the issue of voting rights. Impeachment should apply also to US Supreme Court Judges that issue opinions to support extreme right views that cost society unintended results that were meant to mitigated.

What is it with this 25 year old teflon guy that became incapacitated in a car accident, he claims he was left for dead by his best friend which turns out to be false which even his parents refute that part of the story this young man is Madison Cawthorn. He sounds and acts like his idol the ex-president, cheater towards Melania while she was pregnant, DJTrump, Madison has been telling his biography that doesn't tie in with the facts. He finished just one semester in college getting mostly Ds and hasn't any meaningful life changing economic experience. He might be desperate to run as representative to keep his salary and benefits to support his medical conditions as he is on a wheel chair now. There was a petition signed with 150,000 students that called him on being a sexual harasser and somehow he managed to win his nomination to Congress.

Listening to Trump CPAC highlights tonight just reaffirms for me how appropriate the decision was for twitter boot him and his vindictive and caustic tweets from their platform.

Josh Hawley is at again. He is now objecting to all the nominees of Joe Biden's cabinet. He is considering one candidate at a time for what is good for Missouri, how about considering whether you are a quality candidate to be sitting as a Senator.

From what you have shown people so far along with your friend Ted Cruz you need to resign that post because you don't know what the hell you are doing in government just like your idol DJTrump.

He ruined the country and turned it into hell on earth and you are one of his disciples that has failed the teachings of your education by being a political hack for Trump just to try to get to the presidency at all costs.

Josh Hawley resign now you have no business in judging other qualified people if they are fit for their positions. By the looks and substance of Joe Biden's nominees you and your idol, ex-president haven't got a clue what competent people are that's why you can't see your lack of judgment, in that sense you are a failure to Missouri and I don't know how you got elected and are still in that seat in the Senate. Something is happening here but what it is ain't exactly clear. Rising interest rates are the result of an explosion of spending by federal governments, led by the US, to back up the explosion of money printing and lending by central banks, and increasing optimism about virus vaccines and economic recovery. The new leaders of the world's top central banks are betting major growth will come without commensurate inflation. The old guard is not so sure.

Nothing new, it's been going on since 2008, CD rates topped out at 3%.

That's because rates don't affect CPI much anymore for several reasons.

1) The excess money goes to top 50% that save more then bottom.
2) Automation and robotics have created excess capacity in consumables.
3) China's a huge force in supplyting Amazon, Walmart and others.

However, FED's balance sheet is bulging with $8-10T projected 2022.

How would a 20% market correction play out for Joe's strategy?

I recall Charlie saying such things about GameStop, to which I agree. However, we have done exceedingly well on three SPAC's: DNMR, LAZR, and MP, all are real companies of the kind in which Charlie & Warren invest.
