On the call today are Bruce Thorn, President and CEO; And Jonathan Ramsden, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Thank you. And good morning, everyone. 2020 was a remarkable year for Big Lots, and I am proud of our strong finish, which is reflected in the results we reported this morning.

Comparable sales for the fourth quarter increased 7.9% and our diluted earnings per share were $2.59. This resulted in our strongest
