Joining me today are Terren Peizer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Brandon LaVerne, Chief Financial Officer; and Curt Medeiros, President and Chief Operating Officer, who will join us for the question-and-answer portion of the call. Earlier today, Ontrak released financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is available on the company’s website.

Thanks to Richard Close, we know that the outreach pool for early this year is 18% of 152,000 which is less than 30K. With double the enrollment rate (~40%) and an increase in utilization, we all hope that it will keep refreshing as expected and grow.

No one asked and they did not comment on the VA contract and potential..seems to me that could be important as well. Growth in h/c enrollments from Feb -May plus subsidies in the new $1.9T bill etc. should add to potential pools.
