Does anyone know if BUD consolidates the financials of their publicly traded APAC (Asian subsidiary) and Brazil subsidiaries? Last I checked they owned 87% of APAC and 61% of the Brazil subsidiary.

@Hermann Balck They do. Because as you point out, they effectively control them. Net profit is then corrected in the income statement by subtracting the "Profit attributable to non-controlling interest".
