At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to your host today, Mr. Terry Brown. Sir, please begin.

Thank you. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to our earnings call for the second quarter of 2021. I'm joined today by David Rayner, COO and CFO; Pradman Kaul, President of Hughes; Anders Johnson, Chief Strategy Officer and President of EchoStar Satellite Services; and Dean Manson, General Counsel and Secretary; Mike Dugan, our CEO, unfortunately could not join the call due to an illness.
