page 5 "DEMONSTRATED CLINICAL EFFICACY": shouldn't it be the FDA to decide that?? VGX3100 is still in Phase 3.
page 14: "second generation COVID.." : these clowns haven't even delivered on a first generation viable vaccine yet and they are already touting a "second gen"? How scammy is that.
page 3: "STRONG and experienced management team": enuff said!!! Only experience is at scamming shareholders if you ask me... That -they are pretty good at!
Of course the market is pretty at seeing through these claims and stock is going back down towards the mid single digit where it clearly belongs.... Next year may look bleak for them if they don't start delivering more than vaporware..

Inovio shows 12 treatments under trial for promising DNA treatments which can revolutionize medicine, one hit and then funding will flow, for untreatable cancers and viruses like MERS, SARS, Ebola etc. The lack of funding has delayed progress, but in the USA it's all about big money. The FDA is an expensive bureaucracy to court, but eventually will relent, probably after every medical agency in the world leaves them behind.
