When Michael Flynn calls for "One Nation Under God and One Religion Under God" it should scare the hell out of people because what he is ranting about is absolutely anathema to the Constitution which says absolutely nothing about God and which was written by people who had different religious beliefs.

Just saw a picture that showed gas price of 5.99 a gallon. I have no idea where that was taken though I suspect CA, Hawaii or Alaska. Here in the

"Comintern of the West"* (Washington State) I am paying about 3.50. I suspect the photo was taken by a right wing Chicken Little to make a twisted and dishonest political point.
*If readers do not understand this then they are not as old as me>

In November 2019, the United States became a net exporter of all oil products, including both refined petroleum products and crude oil.

By 2021 the US was the world's largest producer.

When others will pay more for oil than Americans want to pay for it, well expect the price to go up.

I am waiting for the first Republican to come forward calling for a halt or slowing oil and refined product exports to control American consumer prices.
This even extends to LNG.

Now that would be the real socialism the right fears from the current administration.

If nothing else, the 5th Circuit uses far livelier language than SCOTUS does. There were some truly notable takeaways from the opinion:

"Moreover, earlier in the pandemic, the Agency recognized the practical impossibility of tailoring an effective ETS in response to COVID19. See OSHA D.C. Circuit Brief at 16, 17, 21, 26 (“Based on substantial evidence, OSHA determined that an ETS is not necessary both because there are existing OSHA and non-OSHA standards that address COVID-19 and because an ETS would actually be counterproductive...)."

Here's the difference between a Trump administration versus a bureaucratic hotbed unencumbered by any sense of law or restraint in the knowledge that the current White House is glad to pursue every Leftist wet dream they've ever had. And the Court is calling them out on their blatant hypocrisy.
