On Friday, the New York Supreme Court issued a devastating opinion ruling against the New York Times that confirms the outlet illegally obtained private attorney-client records from Project Veritas.

The Times must now provide Project Veritas with copies of everything that was “Irregularly and Improperly” gathered, and then destroy all records in question.

From the Court’s ruling: “The court finds that Project Veritas has met its burden of showing that the subject memoranda were obtained by irregular means, if not both irregular and improper means.

Ordered: That the defendant New York Times and its agents, employees, legal counsel, or other persons under its control are directed to immediately delete / destroy copies of the legal memoranda prepared by Project Veritas’ counsel, Benjamin Barr, from any computer, cloud server or other data collecting or disseminating sources.” 🚨🚨🚨 twitter.com/...

It’s believed that the documents were obtained during FBI searches of James O’Keefe’s mobile phones and other possessions, which were seized as evidence when Project Veritas staff members and facilities were unconstitutionally raided over Ashley Biden’s diary last month.

Somehow, the records just happened to end up in the hands of the radical NY Times, who published them in a shameless attempt to slander the investigative outlet’s journalistic practices.

The ruling could spur potential legal ramifications for the FBI, who, in all likelihood, illegally leaked the contents of O’Keefe’s phone to the NYT.

Christmas came early for Project Veritas on this one.

Well, that's ben predicted and well known for quite a while.

So 7 years at 20,000/year is 140,000 mi for $22,000.

That's $0.16 per mile and my 2000 4Runner costs $0.17 per mile.

Of course my 2000 4Runner has 200,000 miles, good for another 150,000.

I'd rather pay as I go and not wait for the $22,000 repacement cost.

@techy46 you are not considering all the costs in either case. The tax deduction per mile driven for a car used for business is $0.575. Costs include depreciation, oil, tires, gasoline, routine maintenance, etc. For an electric car, you still have to pay for the electricity to charge it.

Agree, I was just factoring in the "fuel" costs not mechanical services.

I hear EV services will be less than ICE but haven't seen real numbers.

My exoerience is everything requires service right afper warranty expires.

@FDT7595 When I clicked on your link, it just said the video is no longer available. I suspect it is fake. The page claims the mob had weapons yet no one has been charged with having a weapon. It also claims that one of the mob was killed. Yet only Ashley Babbit was killed and that wasn't at this location. If this is a CNN video, why doesn't your link go to the CNN site instead of this obscure messenger inquirer site?

@schizoidmantoo "It also claims that one of the mob was killed. Yet only Ashley Babbit was killed and that wasn't at this location."

You would of course be incorrect.

The other person who was killed by the mob is an example of the ultimate irony.

A woman carrying a don't tread on me flag was trampled to death by the insurrectionists who she was one of.

Earlier today a clearly confused Joe Biden was trolled into saying, “Let’s Go Brandon!” during a call with an American dad on Christmas Eve.

“Let’s go Brandon!” is a phrase that has become a euphemism for the profane protest chant “F*** Joe Biden.”

Immediately following his latest gaffe #LetsGoBrandon began trending on Twitter. It was repeated over 69,000 times.

But Twitter leaped into action and deleted the term from its trending list. The tech leftists have to help Old Joe no matter what.

"Everybody knows @twitter changed #LetsGoBrandon to #Brandon on their hell hole trending page.

And if you don’t… you have #mentalillness." twitter.com/...

Don't stop there. What about AP, NPR, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC etc...I hate to leave out anyone. They all suppress information and censor
@greenbow The leftist Business Insider attempted to make it appear Biden is in on the joke but was simply being polite. “Biden allowed the insult to slide,” they claim.
The husband of Democrat Illinois State Senator Kimberly Lightford fired shots with his legal gun as she was being carjacked this week, according to reports.

The hijackers also shot at her husband, Eric McKennie, as they stole Lightford’s Mercedes-Benz SUV on Tuesday evening.

“It was a lot of shots being fired. I think they were shooting at my husband and me and luckily enough my husband is concealed and carry and he was able to protect us,” Lightford told ABC 7. abc7chicago.com/...

In a statement following the incident, Lightford said “I am thankful that my husband and I are alive and physically unharmed. I want to thank everyone who has offered their love and support.”

Lightford has been a major force in passing criminal justice reform that would make things easier for criminals like the ones who robbed her.

“Lightford helped lead the charge to pass the state’s wide-ranging overhaul of criminal justice-related laws, which passed in January. Among other things, the law decriminalized absences of less than 48 hours by people who are ordered to stay on pre-trial electronic monitoring, and it will eliminate cash bail in January 2023,” CWB reports. “Lightford is at least the second major sponsor of the legislation to fall victim to criminals this year.”

The progressive way - protection for me, violence and no protection for thee. Kind of simple.

Good luck getting a concealed carry permit in Cook County, Illinois if you are not a member of the Democrat ruling class.

@al roman That man had an amazing dedication to his art.

"During the approximately 8 months it took Gericault to create this painting, he did intense research. First of all, he interviewed survivors to get first-hand accounts of what truly happened. Second, he attended the trial so he could hear more testimony and get a feel for the captain and what he was like. Finally, Gericault was really obsessed with getting things right, and he didn’t really know the color of dead flesh. So, he went to morgues and studied the color of dead flesh. He even brought home body pieces, including a severed head, that he could reference while painting."

On Thursday, the landmark bronze statue of Theodore Roosevelt that sits outside the entrance to the American Museum of Natural History in New York City’s Central Park was officially removed from its post after spending more than 80 years welcoming visitors to the world-famous institution.

Its removal comes after woke officials at the NYC Public Design Commission decided that the statue was, predictably, racist – and therefore must come down in order to not offend any hysterical activists as they seek out attention. The City’s Community Board Preservation Committee supported the decision, voting unanimously to remove the statue over the summer. From the American Museum of Natural History’s Statement back in June:

“The Statue has long been controversial because of the hierarchical composition that places one figure on horseback and the others walking alongside, and many of us find its depictions of the Native American and African figures and their placement in the monument racist.”

So simply because Roosevelt is depicted on horseback – as any other leader would be – it must be banished from polite society. Absurd.

Thankfully, instead of being chopped up to pieces and warehoused like Robert E. Lee, the historic Roosevelt statue will be relocated to a new – more deserving and appreciative – home in North Dakota, where it will eventually be displayed at the new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library when the construction is completed.

Meanwhile, the city is putting up dystopian religious shrines to violent career criminals. Isn’t progress great?
Two thousand flights have been canceled Christmas Eve in relation to the omicron variant, according to flight-tracking site FlightAware.

As President Biden promised to “shut down the virus” during the 2020 presidential campaign, nearly a year later omicron is impacting airlines’ ability to transport Christmas travelers in a timely fashion.

FlightAware shows about 1,175 flights have already been canceled for Saturday, Christmas Day.

United Airlines told the Wall Street Journal that flight crews and operational employees are in short supply due to omicron exposure.

“The nationwide spike in Omicron cases this week has had a direct impact on our flight crews and the people who run our operation,” United Airlines told the Journal.

Delta Air Lines revealed to the publication they are canceling flights because of “bad weather in some areas,” along with the omicron variant.

Just like his career as a professional football player, a SPAC deal involving former San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who was infamously blacklisted from the league for taking a knee during the National Anthem, has fallen apart.

Is this another case of Kaepernick being punished for shining a light on America's racial disparities? Before anybody rushes to judgment, the answer is a definite 'no'. The real reason, according to the WSJ reporters who broke the story, is that Kaepernick balked at demands by executives in the target company that he stump for the merger by sitting for interviews, including on "Good Morning America", and with ABC's George Stephanopoulos.

Because of this, the deal is officially "dead".

In a statement from Kaepernick's erstwhile target, the Change Company, a lender in California that supposedly focuses on doing business with underserved borrowers, the bank said it would be willing to do business with Kaepernick. But they didn't go as far as to deny that the deal had collapsed.
Vaccines are not as effective in stopping the spread of COVID-19 as governments have claimed them to be, an analysis of government narratives conducted by a constitutional rights group shows.

The report, published Tuesday by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, found that claims made by government leaders that mandatory vaccination will reduce or stop the spread of COVID-19 are not supported by either medical science or real-life experience in the countries that have achieved the highest level of vaccination.

“Unfortunately, and contrary to government-led narratives and media coverage in both Canada and the U.S., the evidence strongly suggests vaccinations do not stop the spread of Covid - not the original strains, and not the later Delta and Omicron variants,” the Justice Centre said.

In its analysis, the legal advocacy group compared government-led narrative and what authoritative health agencies say about vaccine effectiveness in stopping the spread of the coronavirus with the actual situation in “heavily vaccinated communities,” including Israel, the United Kingdom, the U.S. state of Vermont, Gibraltar, and Sweden.

“We conclude that whatever value vaccines may have in reducing hospitalization and mortality, they do not ‘work’ with the thoroughness government leaders claim, and certainly not to the degree that mandatory enforcement or vaccine passports could ever be justified in Canada as a reasonable limitation upon individual rights to bodily autonomy and Charter freedoms,” the Justice Centre said. www.jccf.ca/...
