Thank you, and good morning. Welcome to Gulfport Energy's fourth quarter and full-year 2021 earnings conference call. I'm Jessica Antle, Director of Investor Relations. Speakers on today's call, include Tim Cutt, Chief Executive Officer; and Bill Buese, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
