Interesting that the yield at 2.24% is lower than most of the yields of the holdings, or am i seeing things.

@Philipsonh That might be trailing twelve month yield, which would include a period of time when many hotel REITs' dividends were reduced or nonexistent. But as they come back NURE's dividend will rise.
