like what i'm hearing but it seems like this was recorded over a month ago? He says "we reported earnings this morning" at one point, that would make it 5/10. Markets have only sh*t the bed more since then, hopefully not hurting their model too much... Anyway I continue to nibble at this monster value at current prices.

@Liquid Swords I caught that as well. I think it was recorded right after earnings. Picked some more up today sub $16. I’ll take 14% in this current market environment.

Interesting he says - the REIT has actually under distributed. So expect a special dividend too! (or sizable increases)
