Thank you, and welcome to AMD’s second quarter 2022 financial results conference call. By now, you should have had the opportunity to review a copy of our earnings press release and accompanying slides. If you have not reviewed these documents, they can be found on the Investor Relations page of amd.com. We will refer primarily to non-GAAP financial measures during this call. The full non-GAAP to GAAP reconciliations are available in today’s press release and slides posted on our website. In addition, today’s financial results reflect our new segment reporting, which aligns with how we now manage our business in strategic end markets.

Participants on today’s conference call are Dr. Lisa Su, our Chair and Chief Executive Officer; and Devinder Kumar, our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. This is a live call and will be replayed via webcast on our website.

Before we begin, I would like to note, Dr. Lisa Su will attend the Goldman Sachs Communacopia

two observations

- Nearly every analyst asked questions around data center, 2nd half and outlook. Not sure whats going on there. Even about market share and weather the analyst's number's matched AMDs. I almost think they're trying to get a better handle on what is going on at Intel than at how AMD is growth is rolling out.

- Not a single question on AI or machine learning. That is baffling.

@grxbstrd got the same impression, AMD's outlook puts the lie to the idea that Intel's revenue problems are mainly due to the macro environment.

AMD has grown and transformed amazingly over the last several years. Gone are the days when analysts carped, sniped, and gleefully assaulted earnings results. Now questions are respectful, meaningful, and congratulatory towards AMD leadership. Hell, even Stacy has dropped the petulant attitude and behaves nice. Truly a joy to follow these earnings calls.

Wow have times changed. It's great when diligence and hard work pays off. Kudos AMD.
