With me are Niraj Shah, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman; Steve Conine, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman; Michael Fleisher, Chief Financial Officer; and Kate Gulliver, incoming Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.
