Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the Air Canada Third Quarter 2022 Earnings Conference Call. I would now like to turn the meeting over to Valerie Durand. Please go ahead, Ms. Durand.

Thank you, Mo. Welcome and thank you for joining us on our third quarter call of 2022. Joining us for this call are Michael Rousseau, our President and Chief Executive Officer; Amos Kazzaz, our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Lucie Guillemette, our Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Also with us this morning are Craig Landry, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, and Marc Barbeau, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.

After management's overview, we will be available until 10:00 AM Pacific time -- Eastern Time for questions from equity analysts. After the question-and-answer session, Mr. Kazzaz and Pierre Houle, Vice President and Treasurer will be available to answer questions from Terminal B lenders and holders of Air Canada bonds.
