Amdocs: Rare Technology Stock Outperforming The Bear

Nov. 08, 2022 11:35 AM ETAmdocs Limited (DOX)MSFT, GOOG, GOOGL, AMZN1 Comment

Summary

  • Amdocs Limited's B2B customer base includes hundreds of global communication services and media content producers that provide broad and loyal relationships rewarding shareholders with bear market-beating YTD returns.
  • Because of its solid fundamentals, reasonable valuations, and below-average risk, I expect Amdocs to continue its bear market-beating performance, at least in the near term.
  • Bullish and bearish catalysts are notable, but favor continued stock price acceleration.
  • Thus, I am initiating coverage of Amdocs with a buy rating.

Any comment about that short report which crashed the stock some 6 months ago? I like the thesis behind the company, but that got me a bit concerned. The accusations were quite serious.
