Good afternoon and thank you for joining us on today’s conference call to discuss the financial results for Disco’s third quarter 2022. With me on today’s call are Kiwi Camara, Disco’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Michael Lafair, Disco’s Chief Financial Officer.

During today’s call, we will review our financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2022 and discuss an update on full fiscal year 2022.
