Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. We appreciate your participation in our third quarter 2022 earnings call and look forward to sharing our prepared remarks and answering your questions.

Joining me today on the call are Charah Solutions new President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, Jonathan Batarse; and new Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Joe Skidmore. Following their prepared remarks, we will conduct the customary question-and-answer session.
