This appears to be a cross between a publicly traded lawyer firm (like investing in a partnership) and a 'certification' firm like those labs that can produce a report certifying drug's composition or a company grading comic book wear and tear. But for the life of me I can't figure out how it can sustain such sky high valuations. I think it earns like 100 to 150m a year and has a 5b market cap. That is probably over 30x earnings when interest rates are likely to end up at 5% or more. So they compete with a risk free p/e of at least 20x.
