The divy is tiny and as a reit they pay out most ? Why is it so bad ? Investments ?

No mention of the annual special div each spring based on prior year performance. Also, all divs (regular quarterly as well as specials) have been treated as LTCG distributions.

No recognition of potential from the recent entry (joint venture) in the carbon sequestration business.
