This stock holds up curiously well despite having a terrible leadership team and damaged brand. Employee morale is said to be awful, with many good ones jumping ship. The company is criticized by many for its woke ESG posture. There is pressure from rated companies seeking to withdraw their Moody ratings because of ESG and more likely to come. Too many deadweight middle managers. What is the investment rationale? S&P should eat their lunch. Avoid.
