by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday June 12.

Bullish Call:

Bank of America (NYSE:BAC): "It's a decent spec. They are cleaning up the balance sheet. I don't mind BAC. It's not my cup of tea because I don't like banks, but if you are going to buy one, I don't think BAC is all that bad."

Toronto Dominion (NYSE:TD): "I'm telling you to buy it. TD has that 3.6% yield and great management. I think it is terrific."

Incyte (NASDAQ:INCY): "I like's a good speculative situation. I want you to buy it."

The Travelers Companies (NYSE:TRV): "Try Travelers (instead of Aflac)."

Bearish Calls:

Banco Santander (STD): "Is a good bank, but I'm not going there. It isn't worth it. I'm not going to recommend the stock."

Aflac (NYSE:AFL): "Not that interesting. No earnings momentum."
