by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Wednesday June 27.

Bullish Calls:

Heckmann Corporation (HEK): "...people have been hectoring me about why I like HEK, and the hectoring should stop. I said it was a speculative play...Heckmann is still good, but it isn't going to go up now. It is going to go up when things get better for the industry."

Microchip (NASDAQ:MCHP): "You are right. That is where you want to be. That is fantastic. I like that stock here."

Kinder Morgan Management (NYSE:KMR): "I'm going to endorse it. These stocks have come down tremendously. It is really amazing."

Bearish Calls:

Ford (NYSE:F): "You can't buy that because it's got a big business in Europe and Latin America. We have to wait. Before those areas fell off a fiscal and social cliff, Ford was doing well, but it is not doing as well as it should."

Penn West Petroleum (PWE): "You are going to take a lot of pain. Oil has come down, and it is a play on oil. If you think oil is going to bounce here, you want to own it. I'm not saying oil is going to bounce."

LivePerson (NASDAQ:LPSN): "As if we need a live person for customer service. This stock has had a very big move. I cannot endorse anything but selling at these levels."
