Today I watched self-described "optimist" Larry Kudlow (no welcome mat out for bears here!) on CNBC today, writes David Fry, founder and publisher of The ETF Digest. However, he and his bullish guests were discussing CSCO's earnings and competitor JNPR. Charts were displayed showing how poorly both companies had performed over the past few years and I was reminded of our Sacred Cow #V which advises that stocks and ETFs need to be traded.

The charts confirm this.
