by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Monday September 10.

Bullish Calls:

Newcastle Investment Corp (NCT), Annaly (NYSE:NLY): "We've looked at this, and we are going to go with the crowd. It is a good one. We like the yield. I prefer Annaly."

Amarin (NASDAQ:AMRN): "As long as you recognize that this is pure spec and has had a big move. I will bless it as a spec."

Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT): "That last quarter wasn't good ... wait for it to drop to $71 and pull the trigger."

Bearish Calls:

Dendreon (NASDAQ:DNDN): "No, no, no. A very cloudy future in a very crowded place."

Southwestern Energy (NYSE:SWN): "It's cheap, but that isn't enough for me. It is a cheap and well-run company, but don't buy."

BGC Partners (NASDAQ:BGCP): "It's been horrendous. I don't know what to say. It does have a good yield. It may come back ... it has not been a winner. It has been a loser."

Ford (NYSE:F): "Ford's problem is not the U.S. The problem is Latin America and Europe. I think this stock is just a hold and not a buy or a sell."

Permian Basin Royalty Trust (NYSE:PBT): "The problem with these is they are cutting their yields and distributions. I'm staying away for now."

Trinity Industries (NYSE:TRN): "Railcars are very hot. I know they are needed, but I'm going to say take a pass. That stock has had a big move."
