by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Friday September 28.

Bullish Calls:

Heckmann (HEK): "I'm buying HEK. It is a good spec; it has drifted back down and no one likes it again."

PDL BioPharma (NASDAQ:PDLI): "This is a really good spec and I'm going to endorse it."

Cabela's (NYSE:CAB): "We've liked them for some time. I'm reiterating a 'buy,' even though it has had a massive run. People are having cold feet."

Phillip Morris (NYSE:PM): "It's terrific."

Bearish Calls:

Pitney Bowes (NYSE:PBI): "That yield is so high. I'm calling it a red flag. I don't want to own this stock."

Leap (LEAP): "This is entirely takeover talk. I don't want that business."

Halcon Resources (NYSE:HK): Cramer prefers Heckmann.

Novagold (NYSEMKT:NG): "I liked it at one time, but I'm not recommending gold miners. Too risky."

Ford (NYSE:F): "You can't own Ford because of Latin America and Europe. The international business is way too tough."

Clean Energy Fuels (NASDAQ:CLNE): "We don't have a President or a Presidential candidate that favors using natural gas. Therefore, CLNE is just okay. It's going down."

Genworth Financial (NYSE:GNW): "That is just okay. Buy their insurance. Don't buy the stock."
