Michael Hara

Thanks, Kevin. Good afternoon and welcome to NVIDIA's conference call for the second quarter ended July 27, 2008. On the call today for NVIDIA are Jen-Hsun Huang, NVIDIA's President and Chief Executive Officer; and Marv Burkett, NVIDIA's Chief Financial Officer.

Before we begin today’s call, I would like to take care of some general administrative items. Your lines have been placed on a listen-only mode until the question-and-answer segment of today’s call.

During this call, we will discuss some non-GAAP financial measures about diluted net income per share, tax rate, and gross margin when talking about our results. You can find a reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to GAAP financial measures in our financial release, which is posted on the investor relations page of our website at www.nvidia.com.

Unless otherwise noted, all references to market research and market share numbers throughout the call come from Mercury Research or John Petty Research.

This call is being recorded. If you have any objections, you may disconnect at this time.

Please be aware that if you decide to ask a question, it will be included in both our live transmission
