Cramer's Lightning Round - I Am Buying Starbucks On Weakness (10/30/12)

by: Miriam Metzinger

Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Tuesday October 30.

Bullish Calls:

Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX): "It is going down. We are buying it for the charitable trust on weakness. People say the chart is bad, but forget it. I am a buyer as it comes in."

Dean Foods (NYSE:DF): "I want you to hold onto it. There has been some bad news and it hurt the stock. I think the valuation is too cheap."

Chipotle (NYSE:CMG): "I think right here it is a buy because it has come down and has an equal price to earnings multiple of Panera."

Verizon (NYSE:VZ): "If you want yield, go for Verizon."

Bearish Calls:

McDonald’s (NYSE:MCD): "We are going to stay away right now. It is in an absolute downtrend. Wait until it has a better yield."

Frontier Communications (NYSE:FTR): "I don't want you to touch that (Cramer prefers Verizon)."

Molycorp (MCP): "Let's wait because they have disappointed."

Realogy Holdings (NYSE:RLGY): "It took off like a rocket after its IPO. I'm not going to take it at this level. Let it come in."

Acacia Research Corporation (NASDAQ:ACTG): "These patent companies are impossible to value."
