Kayvan B. Noroozi is a high-stakes commercial trial lawyer. He is also President of Montana Technology Ventures LLC, an investment entity pursuing litigation-driven special situations. Kayvan provides legal advice to institutional investors valuing litigation matters, particularly in the patent space. He also maintains an active litigation practice, with a focus on patent litigation. Kayvan received his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, and his bachelors in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. After law school, he clerked for Judge Jerry E.
