Investing since I was 16. Which was 46 years ago. Learned a lot, but the most important lesson is humility and understanding that even if I am right in 3 years, the market can destroy me in the meantime. I have a longstanding interest in technology and biotech stocks, even though they are difficult to predict. I find that commodity processing companies are the easiest to analyze since it is all about the prices of the in inputs and the outputs. And if you can follow the commodities prices in real time, you can figure out where the stocks will be in a quarter in two.
