I have been active in the markets for several years, and am primarily focused on long/short tech equities. Most of the articles I write come up as my own individual research as I look to improve my own portfolio. Most of the research that I do will focus on buy activity based on Value fundamentals as preached by Buffett and Graham. I don't believe in shorting shares as the losses could be indefinite in that process. At most, you will get a "Don't Invest" from my side and I believe that is good enough. Over time I have seen that I have been most advantaged by the research I have done on the stocks that I haven't bought as it has improved my investment acumen. I will try to look as much as possible into businesses I understand. Pharma, for example, is a business I don't understand much. New companies in Pharma are a different matter altogether. New Pharma companies could have a zero revenue and zero earnings for 5-10 years. I can't understand that. Another sector I don't understand is the Banking sector, so you won't get a lot of articles there. The businesses that I understand is retail, tech, and consumer goods.
