We provide funding on all deals ranging from Startups to real estate to
commercial and land deals etc.
Funding depends on the strength of the project as we believe all project
are unique hence we try not to assign general terms on any deal we decide
to fund. This means that Funding is based on strength of project not LTV or
LTC. 

I have worked in the technology sector for over 4 years. This included working with industry stalwarts like IBM. I have done my MBA in finance and have been covering various blue chip stocks for the past 3 years. Having hands on knowledge in the technology sector has helped me gain valuable insights about the ups and downs of this sector and predict winners and losers more accurately.

I am a value investor to the greatest extent possible. I also favor dividend stocks. I try to be a buy-and-hold investor, but sometimes I can't avoid the tempation to ring the register or to accumulate the inevitable tax loss.
