InterDigital (NASDAQ:IDCC) -17.2% AH after an ITC administrative law judge rules Nokia, Huawei, and ZTE didn't infringe 3G patents being asserted by the company; the commission will make a final ruling in October. InterDigital has filed multiple cases with the ITC related to its 3G and 4G patents; an ITC ruling ending an infringement investigation against LG was overturned earlier this month.
