Don't be fooled by 2011's decline in foreclosures just released today by Lender Processing Services - most of it was due to the moratoria imposed over the "robo-signing" scandal. In fact, delinquency rates were almost unchanged from the prior year, which means that most of last year's headaches are just likely to be pushed into 2012.
