Sina (NASDAQ:SINA) -3.3% after Reuters reports of widespread frustration with new regulations requiring Weibo users to register their real names. It's added only 19M users out of Weibo's base of 300M have registered (far less than Sina predicted would do so by now), and in spite of the government's threats, many are determined not to. Sina has rallied in recent weeks on hopes the new regulations would do limited damage.
