P.F. Chang's China Bistro (NASDAQ:PFCB) plans to be acquired by Centerbridge Partners for $51.50 a share (29.8% premium) in a deal that will take the restaurant operator private. Under the terms of the agreement, the company can still look for a better offer over the next 30 calendar days.
