Intel (INTC -0.2%) and Nvidia (NVDA +3.9%) reached a new patent cross license agreement yesterday evening and ended their ongoing legal disputes. As part of the agreement, Intel will pay Nvidia $1.5B over the next five years, boosting Nvidia's annual net income by $0.29/share for the life of the agreement.
