Takeda Pharmaceutical (OTCPK:TKPHF), Asia's top drug maker, is reportedly in talks to buy closely-held Swiss rival Nycomed. Sources say Takeda and Nycomed have discussed an offer above €8B ($11.4B) but that Nycomed may hold out for more than €10B.
