Though bad news abounds, Ticonderoga and BGC are reiterating Buy ratings for Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) going into tomorrow's earnings. Ticonderoga thinks Cisco will "maintain a cautious tone" about government spending and parts of its switching business, but "anticipate(s) strength" in data center sales, where Cisco has been buoyed by a strong server business.
