Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On January 21, 2018, Bradley S. Grubb, Executive Vice President of Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”) and its Wealth Management Division President, provided the Bank with notice of his resignation.  In accordance with Mr. Grubb’s employment agreement with the Bank, his resignation would be effective February 20, 2018.
