  • Tesla Motors (TSLA) no longer faces a legal challenge in China with a businessman in the nation claiming trademark rights to the Tesla name
  • Legal analysts thought the automaker might have to buy out a small website tied to Tesla in order to resolve the matter
  • Tesla plans to open a store in Beijing later this year.
  • Tesla +2.6% at time of writing
