Infosys Ltd, which bagged a contract to maintain and develop a website, later named MCA 21, for the government's corporate affairs ministry last year, said it had fulfilled its obligations. The company has clearly stated that reports of negligence in managing operations were misguided and incorrect. The client end, corporate affairs ministry, said that access the website has been arduous and document submission has been tough owing to the slow site speed. Owing to such persisting issues, ministry has asked TCS to help Infosys in resolving the errors, said the media reports. The MCA 21 portal was launched way back in 2006 and is the key platform for companies to submit documents and filings to the Registrar of Companies.
