May I Strongly Suggest:
The Government and as part of the Government -- The Federal Reserve Board (FRB) are Grossly misleading you.
There are two Market sayings that I Agree with:
* Don't Buck the Trend
* Don't Buck the Fed
Here is my nearly 60 years of wisdom:
Both Trends and the Fed Cycle. That means they both are "In Favor" and "Out of Favor" as the Stock Market "Cycles" from Bull to Bear and back to Bull again, and again, and again.
My job is simple: Knowing the difference between -- "In Favor" and "Out of Favor."
I have done this very well for many years.
