JPMorgan International Realty A (JIRAX) invests the majority of its assets in REITs and real estate companies. The fund may also focus on REITs with small market caps. A maximum of 20% is invested in debt securities which are denominated in foreign currency. The real-estate mutual fund returned 7.47% over the last one year period.

Jason Ko is the fund manager and he has managed this real estate mutual fund since 2011.

Forward Real Estate Long/Short A (KSRAX) seeks capital growth on a long-term basis and total return. The fund invests majority of its assets in REITs and real estate companies. Investments are made on a global basis including emerging nations and frontier market nations. The non-diversified real-estate mutual fund returned 5.99% over the last one year period.

The real estate mutual fund has an expense ratio of 1.72% higher than category average of 1.33%.

Cohen & Steers International Realty A (IRFAX) invests a large share of its assets in securities of foreign companies whose principal operations are related to the real estate sector. A small portion is also invested in real estate related domestic companies. The real-estate mutual fund is non-diversified and returned 13.02% over the last one year period.

As of September 2013, this real estate mutual fund held 65 issues, with 7.83% of its total assets invested in Mitsubishi Estate.

Fidelity International Real Estate (FIREX) seeks capital growth. The fund invests majority of its assets in foreign securities. Investments are parked after evaluating certain parameters. These include evaluation of the company's financial condition and its industry rank within its peers. The non-diversified real-estate mutual fund returned 20.63% over the last one year period.

Guillermo de las Casasis the fund manager and he has managed this real estate mutual fund since 2010.

ING International Real Estate A (IIRAX) invests most of its assets in equity of companies involved in real estate and related activities. A minimum of 65% of its assets are invested in foreign securities which may include securities from emerging markets. The diversified real-estate mutual fund returned 10.97% over the last one year period.

The real estate mutual fund has an expense ratio of 1.50% higher than category average of 1.42%.
