DGI Is Like Owning A Cow

You own a cow, it produces milk.

The quantity of milk rises every day (quarterly, but go along).

Now if you chop off the cow's ear, and then one leg. The cow gets sick, and produces less milk.

What do you have to feed this cow? Nothing. Does it produce kids, without being fed? Heck, yeah!

What if you kill the cow, and eat the meat instead? It will last a few months, maybe? Then what?

DGI is about owning the cow for her milk.

Milk = Dividends.

The kids cow produces = Splits.

Chopping off ear/legs = Trimming.

Killing the cow = Selling.

Never kill the "hen" which produces increasing number of eggs each year.
