With Solar Momentum so high here is a gem hidden in alternate energy
With 45 Million Float and market cap below 30 Million , It's great speculative play.
Catalyst coming in June when they start launch into production of PHEV system
Quantum's F-DriveTM system, which powers the PHEV F-150, is a unique parallel drive system with all electric operation capability. The vehicle incorporates 110 and 240V power outlets, allowing up to 30kWh of off-board power for emergencies or for operating tools. The Quantum PHEV F-150 is capable of driving as an electric vehicle for the first 35 miles before shifting to hybrid mode. In hybrid mode, the PHEV F-150 can travel approximately 600 miles on a single tank of gas.
Plug-in hybrid vehicles may qualify for a number of federal, state and local incentives including California's HVIP program ($8,000 for the first two trucks and $6,000 per truck thereafter) and a federal tax rebate of $7,500.
They own more than 60 Patents in fuel system and storage technology
Over the past 12 months Quantum has been granted a number of patents pertaining to pressurized fuel system and storage technology, adding to Quantum's portfolio of proprietary and protected technologies. Quantum's intellectual property portfolio includes in excess of 60 patents (issued and pending) related to natural gas and hydrogen storage and metering systems and refueling and hybrid electric drivetrain systems.

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. is partnering with ZHRO Solutions LLC to develop compressed natural gas (CNG) storage and fuel delivery systems for the medium- and heavy-duty fleet vehicle aftermarket conversion market.
Quantum will engineer and develop fuel delivery modules and integrate its high-capacity Q-Lite natural gas vehicle storage systems with ZHRO's natural gas injection/engine conversion system. Once the product platform is developed, Quantum will serve as ZHRO's exclusive production supplier for fuel system components.
"We believe our partnership with ZHRO could be a game changer for accelerating adoption of natural gas systems by aftermarket fleets," says Brian Olson, president and CEO of Quantum.
Quantum holds multiple patents related to hydrogen fueling systems, and has designed and built 13 systems for General Motors, Shell Oil, the US Army, AeroVironment/NASA and others in support of hydrogen fuel cell programs.

We like to build wind and solar projects that fit into communities. That is why we pioneered the concept of "low-impact" facilities. This means we build for future power needs, but also close to demand centers and on existing transmission corridors, reducing the need for new power lines.
With solar momentum so high I just thought Alternate energy might be next to be focused.
