There were no new actively managed ETFs launched during the Christmas week but assets in the active space increased by $175 million or 99 basis points to $17.777 billion.
WisdomTree had $78 million of inflows, First Trust $63 million and PIMCO had $42 million of new assets. On the other side of ledger Guggenheim had outflows of $34 million and AdvisorShares saw outflows of $18 million.
The breakdown by strategy favored Currency with inflows of $91 million, Alternative Income $70 million and $29 million going into High Yield. $34 million flowed out of Short Term Bond which ties in with the outflow at Guggenheim and Alternatives shrunk by $15 million.
