I am studying the relationship between stock's price trend and its brand's influence.

With a price of near $400, EPS of 0.28(which is not high) and P/E of 1409.38(which is high), how will Amazon's price go in 2014? From the graph we will see its price is go higher and higher from the year of 2009(see picture below).

Is is safe to buy it in 2014? Let's look at another picture:

The green line links the price of different years' end. The red number stands for the brand rank which is based on World Brand Lab's the World's 500 Most Influential Brands(it is in Chinese and I didn't find its pages in English). From the above graph my judge of its price is that with its promotion of brand rank, its price went high accordingly. If everything is okay with AMAZON and its brand rank will not drop heavily at the year of 2014, its price will not drop relative to the year of 2013.

Disclosure: I am long GOOG, AAPL, AMZN, ACN.

Additional disclosure: This article is only a memory note of my research of AMZN and shouldn't be the advice for any readers who are going to invest in AMZN.
